In-N-Out Burger, a beloved West Coast fast-food chain, is making waves with plans for a nationwide expansion, including potentially opening its first location in the state of Washington.
According to the company’s vice president of store development, Mike Abbate, the expansion is still in its early stages, with Ridgefield being considered as the first city for a new In-N-Out location. This news comes after In-N-Out recently announced plans to expand into New Mexico, Nashville, Tennessee, and possibly locations in the South.
While expanding its reach, In-N-Out is also preparing to open a new location in Lake Elsinore, California. However, the chain also recently announced the closure of one of its Oakland locations due to ongoing crime in the area.
Founded in 1948 in Baldwin Park, California, In-N-Out has been a staple of the Southern California fast-food scene for over 40 years. It first ventured outside of the state in 1992 with a location in Las Vegas and has since expanded to California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Colorado, and Idaho.
Fans of the chain will be eagerly awaiting more details about In-N-Out’s nationwide expansion plans, with many excited at the prospect of enjoying their famous burgers and shakes in even more locations across the country.
